Using an Allstar card

You are now able to charge with us using an Allstar card!

Please note the following:

• If you have an Allstar card, you can add it as your payment method during registration with char.gy (see image below), or in your account area after you have registered.
• You can only have one payment method on their account—either a saved debit/credit card or an Allstar card. If you wish to have both available then you'll need to set up and use a separate char.gy account for the other payment method.
• You will be able to see a cost total during your charging session and within your char.gy account history after the session has finished.
• Allstar (Plugsurfing) handle the billing so you will not receive an invoice from char.gy. You will need to contact Allstar for any billing queries or any refund or invoice requests.
• Drivers who pay via an Allstar card will still receive the usual char.gy tariff(s) and any applicable promotions.
