Can I use adapters or extension cables?

Char.gy does not permit the use of any adapters or extension cables.

Unfortunately because there are so many products available we can't be sure how each will behave and provide support for them.

If you still require support then please contact us by emailing support@char.gy or call us on 0800 086 9606.
